It’s the weekend! What do you have planned? Dinner with friends? Watching the game? Date night? Often times, these types of events are accompanied by wine, beer or spirits. So, how do you track them?
While alcohol should be consumed in moderation, it IS possible to enjoy a glass of wine and still make progress. Alcohol needs to be tracked in a special way, because the calories that alcohol provides to the body are not a carbohydrate, protein or fat.
