Well, you’ve made it through the first week and it’s time to look back and see how we did. Some weeks we will see a ton of progress, and other weeks we may not see much at all – and that’s okay!
Any fitness journey comes with ebbs and flows, and there are many markers for progress other than the number on the scale.
At Working Against Gravity we look at body weight, body composition, measurements, mood, gym progress and life progress as markers of success – and we want you to adopt the same philosophy! It’s easy to get caught up in that number on the scale, but this journey is about so much more than that.
