  • 1 English Muffin
  • 30g of back bacon
  • 125g egg whites
Method
  1. Heat nonstick pan on medium heat.
  2. Place English muffin in toaster (if so desired)
  3. Cook bacon until crisp
  4. Add egg white. Fry until set.
  5. Remove bacon, egg and muffin. Combine and enjoy.

*Cheese, ½ fat mayo and hot sauce are welcome additions to this little beauty.
