Ingredients
  • 50g of Back Bacon
  • 1 cup of Rainbow salad
  • 125g egg whites
  • 10g Onion
  • Seasoning to taste
Method
  1. Place a non stick pan on a medium heat.
  2. Add bacon and onion and seasoning. Brown for 1-2 mins.
  3. Add rainbow salad. Continue to fry until desired.
  4. Add egg whites. Slowly stirring to scramble. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
