30 Days of Egg Whites: Egg White and Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Today’s recipe is fast, simple and packed full of protein and will keep you feeling warm and fuzzy all day.

Ingredients
  • 125g egg whites
  • 1/6 cup of oats
  • 1 packet of stevia
  • Cinnamon to taste
Method
  1. Heat a nonstick pan over a medium heat
  2. Combine all ingredients together. Mix well and pour into pan.
  3. When the pancake begins to turn white and bubble and the edges begin to harden and flip. Cook until set.
  4. Remove from pan and top with topping of choice. Sugar free jam, waldens or applesauce and cinnamon would be a great addition.
