30 Days of Egg Whites: Frozen Chocolate Egg White Dessert

No fat? No worries… this texturious treat will have you pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients
  • 190g of egg whites
  • Dash of almond milk
  • 2 packets of Truvia
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon
Method
  1. In a mixing bowl combine, all ingredients. MIx well.
  2. In a muffin tray (I used silicone cupcake sleeves) equally pour mixture across.
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours When ready to eat, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 5 mins or until egg white turns to a consistency similar to a freezie.
