30 Days of Egg Whites: Protein Pancakes

Today we’re going to combine a variety of different protein sources, in a mouth watering quick and simple pancake recipe.

Ingredients
  • 125g egg whites/li>
  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop (31g) whey protein
  • 15g all purpose flour
  • 1tbsp of sweetener (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or spoon
  2. On medium heat, cook pancakes until the bubbles on the surface begin to pop, and then flip.
  3. Top with whatever you fancy!
