  • 190g of egg whites
  • 50g turkey sausage
  • 10g onion
  • 70g zucchini
  • 10g cheddar cheese
  • 15g red pepper
  • 10g rainbow salad
  • 35g mushrooms
Method
  1. On the stove top heat pan non stick pan on medium heat.
  2. Add turkey, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, and salad. Cook until turkey is brown and veggies are soft.
  3. Add egg whites. Cook until egg is ¾ set then sprinkle with cheese. Cook until cheese is brown and melted to liking.
