8 Days of Thanksgiving - Maple Carrots

This recipe is an alternative to the classic Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots, which can have up to 46 grams of fat and 86 grams of carbs!

Ingredients
  • 60 ml of Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Maple Flavor Syrup
  • 360 grams of Bolthouse Premium Sweet Petites Baby Carrots
  • Regular Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Brown sugar (optional)
  • Butter (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet bring 1 inch of water to a boil.
  2. Add carrots to the water and boil for 3 mins. Drain.
  3. In the same skillet heat the maple syrup until warm.
  4. Add carrots back in and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
