  • 40 grams of Quaker Quick Oats
  • 90 grams of liquid egg whites
  • 15 grams of raspberries
  • 15 grams of blueberries
  • 1.5 t of baking powder
  • Cinnamon (Optional)
  • Nut Meg (Optional)
  • Vanilla (Optional)
  • Stevia in the Raw (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add a splash of water and stir.
  3. Microwave for 2-4 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!

Top with Greek yogurt and your favorite toppings!
