Ingredients
  • 20 grams Quaker Oatmeal Quick Oats
  • 12 grams Chocolate PB2
  • 60 grams Liquid Egg Whites
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • Stevia in the raw (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
Optional Toppings
  • Honey
  • Fruit
  • Maple Syrup
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Add all dry ingredients into a small food processor and blend until you reach a flour consistency.
  2. Mix egg whites with dry ingredients.
  3. Pour into waffle maker.
  4. Enjoy!
