Ingredients
  • 500g minced turkey
  • 200g of zucchini - minced finely
  • 40g spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium free-range egg
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp course ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne
Instructions
  1. Preheat BBQ or pan on a medium heat to around 180 degrees
  2. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients, egg and turkey mince. Mix well together.
  3. Form turkey burgers into medium sized patties.
  4. BBQ or cooked until ready and juice runs clear.

Dipping Sauce Ingredients
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 22g of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
Dipping Sauce Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, add in yoghurt, oil and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
